A tropical elixir of pineapple, hibiscus, and ginger, this mixer is guaranteed to be a summer favorite. With handcrafted hibiscus syrup made from whole hibiscus flowers, fresh ginger, and cold-pressed pineapple juice, the cocktail and mocktail possibilities with this mixer are endless! It also makes great freezer pops!

Ingredients: Fresh pineapple juice, filtered water, cane sugar, organic ginger, hibiscus tea flowers.

Directions for use: Combine 2 oz of Roxy’s Remixes with 1.5 oz of your favorite spirit. We suggest vodka or gin. Add a splash of water for dilution. Shake or stir with ice, pour into a cocktail glass & enjoy! Our concentrates can also make delicious mocktails! Just combine 1 oz of Roxy’s Remixes & your favorite sparkling water over ice. Refreshing!

1 oz Roxy’s Remixes® Tiki Hibiscus Pineapple cocktail concentrate
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz Jack Rudy® tonic syrup
2 oz gin (we suggest Tanqueray Rangpur)
Splash Club Soda

Combine all ingredients except club soda in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice. Splash with club soda and pour into a glass. Orange zest garnish.

Mocktail version: Leave out the gin, add 3 oz club soda total, stir with ice.

Roxy’s Island Colada
2 oz Roxy’s Remixes® Tiki Hibiscus Pineapple mixer
2 oz Coconut Cream (we suggest Coco Real Gourmet Coconut)
1 1/2 oz silver rum

Combine all ingredients in a blender with ice. Pour into glass, add a frilly umbrella, & get by the pool!

Mocktail version: Skip the rum. Add a splash of cream, milk, or pineapple juice before blending for correct consistency
